I started Julie's private yoga classes a few years ago after I injured my back. I had been in hospital and attending the pain clinic and my consultant had recommended yoga to me as a possible way to help. Julie understands the body and how it functions - she helped to build my back muscles through yoga and it really has transformed my life. I thought I would have limited mobility forever and recently I was able to do a 3 hour walking tour on holiday!
